Position: Sales Executive – Packaged Drinking Water Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in FMCG or the packaged drinking water industry. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive who can lead growth initiatives in the packaged drinking water segment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong track record in sales strategy, partner management, and market expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing a strong market presence. You’ll work closely with partners, distributors, and internal teams to create sustainable sales pipelines and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Expand geographical reach and increase market share. Business Development Identify new market opportunities and business channels. Build strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationships. Revenue Growth Drive revenue and volume targets across key territories. Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Create accurate sales forecasts and monitor key sales metrics. Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Key Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Deep understanding of FMCG sales cycles and the packaged drinking water industry Ability to build strong relationships with business partners Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance tracking
