Requirement of the Profile: Production, Sales & Customer Experience Executive
As a key member of Nora, you will support the end-to-end customer journey—from product development to sales and after-sale service. This role requires someone hands-on, organized, and customer-first.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate with production vendors for timely delivery and quality checks
● Manage inventory, packaging, and dispatch
● Handle order processing, shipping updates, and customer queries
● Assist with offline/online sales and exhibitions/pop-ups
● Track feedback and ensure post-sale satisfaction
● Maintain records of orders, stock, and logistics Ideal Candidate:
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Comfortable working with vendors, couriers, and customers
● Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
● Fluent in English and Hindi/Gujarati
● Prior experience in retail, D2C, or customer support is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
