Job Description

Core Responsibilities Strategy Development: Designing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans that align with overall company goals. Market Research: Conducting extensive research on competitor products, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and trade shows. Campaign Management: Creating and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO) to build brand awareness. Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and negotiating deals to close new sales. Performance Reporting: Tracking and analyzing sales data and marketing metrics to report on ROI and campaign effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is standard. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Google AdWords), and data analysis platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for customer-facing tasks and internal collaboration. Analytical Thinking: The ability to interpret complex data to refine strategies and improve sales quotas. Common Job Titles Sales and Marketing Executive: Focuses on executing strategies and managing individual client relationships. Sales and Marketing Manager: Oversees team performance, sets budgets, and develops high-level strategic plans.
