Job Summary:- We are hiring for a Dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive(field role) for UPVC windows, We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic professional to represent our brand on the field, connect with clients, and drive sales across residential and commercial projects. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Field Sales & Lead Generation Actively visit construction sites, residential projects, architects, builders, and contractors to promote and sell UPVC windows. Generate new leads through fieldwork, local networking, cold calls, and market visits. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of UPVC windows to potential clients. 2. Client Engagement & Consultation Understand customer requirements, site measurements, and project timelines to recommend suitable UPVC window solutions. Provide technical and commercial presentations to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring clarity on product offerings. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into confirmed orders. 3. Market Development & Brand Promotion Develop and execute marketing strategies to create awareness about the brand and product line in the local market. Distribute promotional materials like brochures and samples during site visits and client meetings. Identify and establish partnerships with local influencers in the construction and interior sector. 4. Coordination & Project Support Liaise with the technical and installation team to ensure timely delivery and fitting of windows as per client expectations. Provide accurate site reports and ensure seamless communication between client and internal teams. Monitor project progress and update clients regularly to ensure satisfaction. 5. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement Maintain a daily report of field visits, leads generated, and deals closed. Update the CRM with customer interactions, quotations, and follow-up status. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
