Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and distributors. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead generation, client meetings, and product presentations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Marketing & Branding: Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns. Promote products through social media, events, exhibitions, and partnerships. Coordinate with the creative and digital team to create marketing content, brochures, and product catalogues. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Provide feedback to management regarding pricing, product development, and customer requirements. Logistics & Goods Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to clients. Track orders, manage dispatch schedules, and handle delivery documentation. Communicate with transport vendors and delivery personnel to ensure efficient distribution. Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to meet order demands. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare weekly/monthly sales and logistics reports and share insights with management. Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for seamless order processing and customer service. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Agribusiness (Fresh Produce / HoReCa / FMCG preferred). Knowledge of logistics operations and goods delivery management is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the agri-food sector. Job Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM
