Telesales Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to promote and sell our food products & services to both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) clients. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain product details, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Note: The first 1 month will be Work from Home for training and onboarding. After the first month, the role will be Work from Office at our Chakan, Pune location. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers, hotels, restaurants, distributors) and B2C customers (end consumers) to introduce and promote products. Handle inbound inquiries from both corporate and individual customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate and retail customers. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order processing and delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both B2B and B2C segments. Skills & Qualifications Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in B2B or B2C telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in FMCG/Food industry). Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to work in a target-driven environment.  Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
