Job Overview: We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales – Back Office Executive / Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and business development team. This role is focused on lead generation, internal coordination, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English , with knowledge of any regional language considered a strong plus. Prior experience in lead generation or machinery industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Generate quality leads using India MART, Alibaba, online research, social media platforms, cold calling , and email campaigns . Research and profile potential clients by understanding their industry, business model, and specific needs. Coordinate daily activities between the Back Office and Sales/Business Development Team to ensure smooth operations. Assign incoming leads to the appropriate sales team members and track follow-ups. Schedule appointments and client meetings on behalf of the sales team. Assist in promoting company activities such as new machine installations and customer success stories via social media . Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Support the sales team to increase productivity and overall customer satisfaction. Skills Required: Excellent communication and coordination skills Fluency in Hindi and English is – Mandatory Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) – Added Advantage Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Experience in lead generation and CRM tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualifications: Education: MBA / Any Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor’s required) Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Marketing coordination or back-office support Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation or client handling Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Incentives: Performance-based bonus Annual bonus Other Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid sick leave Provident Fund (PF) Work Schedule: Day Shift (Full-time, Office-based) Work Location: On-site – Singanallur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Applicants must be able to commute or relocate before joining.
