Role Description:

full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads in

  plumbing and firefighting contracting

• Connect with

  builders, consultants, contractors, and architects

• Present company profile, technical capabilities, and project experience professionally
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in client follow-ups
• Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events
• Collaborate with technical and execution teams to align client expectations
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Head Office
• Maintain a database of leads and manage business pipeline

Eligibility & Skills:

• 3 to 5 years

  of relevant experience in

  marketing or business development

• Core experience in

  plumbing/firefighting contracting

  preferred
• Candidates with exposure to

  premium sanitaryware or pipe brands

  are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable with client interactions and travel for business meetings
• Graduate in

  Marketing

  ,

  Civil/Mechanical Engineering

  , or related discipline
