Role Overview:

Architectural Designer

MEP coordination, building services, or infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  design and coordination drawings

  using AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Work closely with architectural and MEP consultants to develop integrated layouts
• Interpret and manage

  2D/3D models

  , identify conflicts (clash detection), and coordinate solutions
• Collaborate with internal project teams and support site engineers for accurate execution
• Update and revise drawings based on review comments from clients and consultants
• Maintain drawing logs, submission records, and version control
• Assist in preparing

  BOQs

  , take-offs, and design documentation as needed

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

  is mandatory

• 4–5 years

  of experience in architectural or building services design
• Strong command of

  AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks

• Good understanding of

  technical coordination

  across architectural and services layouts
• Prior experience in

  plumbing/firefighting design

  will be an

  advantage

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to multidisciplinary project environments
