Role Description: Project Manager – Plumbing, Firefighting & Infrastructure Works

full-time on-site role in Indore

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and supervise

  project execution

  across multiple sites

• Daily reporting

  of work progress, manpower, issues, and material to the

  Head Office

• Prepare & verify bills

  for both clients and subcontractors with complete documentation
• Conduct

  day-to-day review meetings

  with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants for drawings, approvals, and issue resolutions
• Ensure compliance with

  safety

  ,

  quality standards

  , and

  BOQ specifications

• Interpret

  civil and mechanical drawings

  , technical plans, and installation layouts
• Control project timelines, costs, and resource allocation efficiently
• Maintain material records, labor attendance, and subcontractor performance logs
• Represent the company professionally at client sites, maintaining high communication standards

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• 7+ years of experience

  in independently managing projects (preferably in plumbing/firefighting/sanitary/infrastructure domain)
• Strong ability to read and interpret

  technical drawings, plumbing layouts, and piping schematics

• Proven skills in

  project planning, client coordination, billing, and execution control

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and report generation
• Excellent team leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be willing to travel locally to project sites (within Indore and nearby regions)
• Experience in working with

  premium residential, commercial, or hospital projects

  will be an added advantage
