Role Title: Sales Manager

Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales planning, team leadership, channel partner management, and customer engagement across residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

* Develop and implement project-wise sales plans aligned with business targets.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Monitor sales performance, pipeline movement, and closure ratios.

Team Management

* Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

* Allocate leads, define daily productivity metrics, and review follow-ups.

* Conduct regular sales reviews and on-ground performance assessments.

Channel Partner Management

* Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and brokers.

* Drive channel sales initiatives, CP meets, and incentive programs.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation norms.

Customer Engagement

* Handle key client interactions and support the team in high-value negotiations.

* Ensure superior customer experience from enquiry to booking.

* Address escalations related to pricing, offers, and commitments.

Reporting & Compliance

* Maintain accurate MIS,

* Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and internal sales processes.

* ⁠Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for seamless closures.
