Role Overview:

Team Lead Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a call center-based sales team to achieve quotas.
  • Onboard, train, and coach team members to full productivity.
  • Implement sales strategies and drive lead conversion.
  • Support high-value client negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track KPIs (TAT, lead conversion, missed calls, follow-ups, customer satisfaction).
  • Ensure compliance with policies and resolve escalations.

KPIs:

  • Team sales achievement & revenue per agent
  • Lead conversion rate
  • New hire ramp-up time
  • Customer satisfaction & call center metrics

Qualifications:

  • 3 6 years of Into sales leadership experience.

  • Strong track record in quota achievement & team performance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Salary - Upto 5 -6LPA (Based on interview performance and experience)
