Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our e-commerce sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, managing marketplace and D2C channels, building key partnerships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Plan promotional campaigns and sales initiatives aligned with marketing and inventory teams.
Analyze consumer trends and optimize pricing, assortment, and promotions.

2. Channel & Marketplace Management

Manage relationships with major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Ensure high visibility and conversion rates for listed products.
Monitor product listings, content accuracy, stock availability, and fulfillment metrics.

3. Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and coordinators.
Set performance KPIs and track team progress using CRM tools.

4. Business Development

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel expansions.
Negotiate contracts and commission structures with online partners.

5. Performance Analysis

Track and report key sales metrics (GMV, ROI, CAC, repeat rate, etc.).
Use data insights to recommend strategies for improving sales performance.

6. Customer & Brand Experience

Ensure consistent brand presentation across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing and customer support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
