Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, particularly within the racking, logistics, or metal industry. The role involves driving business growth, building long-term customer relationships, and meeting revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and operations for project execution.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in
industrial or B2B sectors
