Sales Manager.   Job Title: Sales Manager (Interior Industry)  Location: Bhubaneswar, Department: Sales, Reports to: Director, Company Name: Vizous Interio Pvt Ltd   Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the interior design or architectural industry. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of proven sales experience, particularly in modular kitchens, customized home furniture, and interior solutions. This role requires strong expertise in B2C direct sales and the ability to generate leads through architects, interior designer’s institutes, and related networks.   The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth by building strategic relationships and converting leads into loyal clients.   Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, interior firms, and high-net-worth individuals. Understand client requirements and collaborate with design and project teams for seamless execution and client satisfaction. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to close deals successfully. Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities to expand offerings. Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in the CRM system. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Drive B2C direct sales and generate leads through architects and interior design firms Key Requirements Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration in Sales & marketing, Interior Design, or a related field or an equivalent qualification. Certification or diploma in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 7–10 years of overall sales experience, at least 5 years in a managerial role in the interior industry. Preferred experience in modular kitchens customized home furniture, and interior solutions. Experience in B2C direct sales. Experience in related building materials such as cement, paint, tiles, wood products, glass, or steel will be an added advantage. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, presentation abilities and computer skill. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Understanding of interior design trends, materials, and pricing.
