Job Title: Showroom Team Leader (Modular manufacturer), Location: Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Department: Customised Interior Factory Finish, Reports to: Director, Experience: 5-7 years, Gender Preference: Female, Company Name: Vizous Interio Pvt. Ltd, Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar. Job Summary: Vizous Interio Pvt. Ltd., a leading interior design firm in Bhubaneswar, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Showroom to manage and grow our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a keen understanding of modular kitchens, customized home furniture, and interior solutions. Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be a plus. The candidate must have target oriented. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of showroom sales and design consultants. Allocate tasks and ensure daily targets and KPIs are met. Conduct regular training and provide performance support Lead. Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the showroom. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Guide clients through the interior design consultation process. Sales & Design Coordination: Drive showroom sales by actively engaging with walk-in clients and convert walk-in inquiries into sales. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate design solutions and products. Collaborate with the design and execution teams for seamless project handover. Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing. Monitor inventory of design samples, brochures, and other materials. Enforce adherence to brand standards and standard operating procedures. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales and team performance reports. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements. Skills & Competencies: Strong background in showroom or retail management (interior design/luxury goods preferred). Proven experience in interior showroom sales and team leadership. Solid understanding of home furnishings and interior design concepts. Excellent communication, leadership, and client handling skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, POS systems. Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales trends. Sales-driven mind-set with the ability to analyse trends and adjust strategies. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Business Management or B.Tech. Certification or diploma in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: o More than 5-7 years’ experience required ensures the showroom runs efficiently, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and meets sales targets.
