Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development and close deals in BFSI and NBFC segments. Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals. Understand client requirements, propose tailored SaaS solutions, and guide customers through the sales cycle. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company guidelines and client expectations. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend strategic initiatives. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to C-level stakeholders. What Were Looking For: 3 - 8 years of experience in SaaS sales with proven success in selling to BFSI and NBFC clients. Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and decision-making processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and close deals in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
