Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/representatives.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
• Monitor sales metrics and generate regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Participate in high-level negotiations and close major deals.
• Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate client and sales data.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve ambitious targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office.
