Job Description


We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our

customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating pre-sales and business generation activities; developing customized, targeted sales strategies
  • Creating marketing collaterals, including demo videos, brochures, how-to guides, and user manuals
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information; maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM
  • Drip marketing; conducting multiple outbound emails drips to potential clients, closing sales, and working with the client through the closing process
  • Develop, edit, and write original proposals and other sales-related documents under strict deadlines
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by answering all questions, analyzing and summarizing costs, and providing additional information as requested by the customer
  • Work with other departments such as sales, research and development, and marketing to respond to RFPs and requests for information
  • Contribute to and maintain and administer the RFP database, which includes questions and answers for future proposals

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
