Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales -Executive with a strong background in business development and technology sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling products like Wallet APIs, Payment Gateways, Financial Software, CRM, ERP, HRMS, and SaaS services . You should be a results-driven individual with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and guide a team towards achieving performance KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth through cold calling, market research, lead generation , and technology-based sales channels . Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target industries. Develop a deep understanding of company products and articulate value propositions to potential clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, sales dashboards, and regular reporting. Organize training sessions to upskill the team on sales techniques and product knowledge. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and success. Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align sales campaigns with go-to-market strategies. Provide market insights and feedback to improve offerings and customer engagement. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms. Key Requirements: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales of fintech and SaaS-based solutions. Strong knowledge of selling Wallet APIs, Payment Gateways, Financial Software, CRM, ERP, HRMS, or other SaaS platforms . Prior experience in cold calling, digital sales channels, and networking to build a sales pipeline. Demonstrated success in managing a team and achieving KPIs and targets. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation in the fintech and software space. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
