Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors to achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
  • Drive both inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize conversions for certification and degree programs.
  • Monitor team performance through regular reviews, training, and feedback sessions to improve productivity.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve lead-to-enrolment conversion rates.
  • Ensure proper CRM management and maintain accurate data for all leads, interactions, and closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
  • Analyze sales metrics and share actionable insights with leadership for business improvement.
  • Support counsellors in high-value closures through mentoring and joint calls when required.
  • Generate and manage referrals through alumni and existing student networks.
  • Uphold brand values and ensure a student-first approach across all touchpoints.

Who Should Apply

Must-Haves:

  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, admissions, or business development (preferably in EdTech or higher education).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in leading a sales or counselling team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in executive education, online degree programs, or certification sales.
  • Exposure to EdTech startups or high-growth organizations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and lead conversion funnels.
