Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in theRajahmundry/ Peddapuram/ Kakinada / Ravuapalem in Andhra Pradesh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and overseeing daily sales operations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with meeting sales targets and reporting market trends.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies and achieve targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
Excellent negotiation and market analysis skills
Background in the finance or housing finance sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Fluency in local languages and understanding of the regional market dynamics
