Sales Manager (B2B Industrial Machinery) Position: Sales Manager Location: kolkata Office (with PAN India Client Handling) Experience Required: 5–8 Years in B2B Capital Goods / Industrial Machinery Sales CTC Range: ₹6 – ₹10 LPA + Attractive Incentives Roles and Responsibilities: • Build, lead, and mentor a team of Sales Executives and CRM Specialists. • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focused on high-ticket industrial machinery. • Identify potential customers via Google Ads, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and Industrial Exhibitions. • Prepare and deliver customized presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company revenue goals. • Maintain and monitor CRM records: leads, customer interactions, pipeline status, deal closure reports. • Establish strong relationships with large manufacturing clients, project consultants, and government buyers. • Coordinate with Procurement and Service teams to ensure seamless post-sales service and project execution. • Conduct competitor analysis and share strategic insights for continuous business improvement. • Represent the company at industry trade shows, B2B summits, and technical exhibitions. Key Skills Required: • Proven track record of B2B machinery or equipment sales (ticket size ₹1 lakh to ₹5 crore deals). • Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM, HubSpot preferred). • Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value corporate clients. • Understanding of import, customs, and project execution workflows (preferred). Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing. • MBA (preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates). • Certification in B2B Sales, CRM or Industrial Marketing (preferred bonus).
