Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank located in Trivandrum. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role will involve implementing effective sales techniques, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth.
