Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, creating client proposals, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and deliver optimal solutions.
Person should have
Proven experience in Sales, with skills in customer relationship management and lead generation
Strong background in conducting market research and creating effective sales strategies
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and IT solutions (experience in these fields preferred)
Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze data and trends to drive growth
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently to achieve objectives
Fluency in English and familiarity with the Mumbai market are advantageous
