Presales Solution Architect

Job Description

Role & responsibilities *Work in sync with the sales team & help them to prepare detailed proposals and presentations outlining the recommended hardware configurations, including technical specifications. * Interact with customers to gather detailed requirements, and understand their infrastructure, and identify opportunities, solutions on-premises and public cloud. * Maintain a deep understanding of our Infra product portfolio, staying updated on new releases, features, and industry trends. * Need to do OEM certifications as per organization requirements. * Conducts POC & demo & showcases the capabilities of our solutions and addresses any technical concerns for the customer. * Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and recommendations on on-premises and public cloud infrastructure selection, deployment strategies, and best practices. Preferred candidate profile *Min- 5 to 18 years *Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field ( or equivalent experience ) *Any specification in education: Strong understanding of the latest technologies, including servers, storage, networking, and data center infrastructure with Operating systems & virtualization * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Perks and benefits Competitive Salary- Based on experience and industry standards.
