About Tutorials Point:
We are an EdTech company based in Hyderabad, dedicated to “Simply Easy Learning” across technical and non-technical subjects. We offer a large library of tutorials, video content, coding tools, online tools and e-books, aiming to remove barriers to learning.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to grow revenue from our B2B and/or subscription markets (whichever is more relevant for the current strategy), build and manage a sales team or partners, identify new markets or segments, and ensure sales goals are met. You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align offerings with market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute sales strategies to hit revenue or subscription targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities — could be institutions, corporates, bulk subscriptions, partnerships.
  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of sales executives.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients/partners to maximize retention and upsell.
  • Analyze sales data & market trends; produce forecasts and regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing to generate leads, improve conversion, refine positioning.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients/partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Education / or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 4-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech, subscription models, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data (sales metrics, pipeline health), use CRM tools.
  • Leadership capabilities: team building, mentoring, performance management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, good sense of market opportunity and customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
