Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in EdTech sales, proven leadership skills, and a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective strategic planning and execution.
  • Track individual and team performance, implementing coaching and interventions as needed.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve overall funnel efficiency.
  • Build a performance-driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the sales team.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes including pitching, negotiation, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Ensure proper CRM usage, data accuracy, and pipeline management across the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients like schools, colleges, and coaching centers.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (minimum qualification).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall sales experience, including:
  • 1+ years in EdTech sales, and
  • 1–1.5 years of team handling/leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
