Job Description

Agency Partner Channel (APC)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and develop Agency Partners and Advisors
  • Drive life insurance business through the agency channel
  • Train advisors on products, sales processes, and compliance
  • Support partners in lead generation, client meetings, and closures
  • Achieve assigned sales and activation targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers
  • Ensure accurate documentation and smooth policy issuance

Eligibility / Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in APC channel only.
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Willingness to work in a field-based sales role
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Age between 24 and 45 years
