About the Role:

Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Drive sales of luxury 4 & 5 BHK residential units and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for luxury projects.
Guide clients through product offerings, pricing, payment plans, and documentation process.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/ UHNI clients.
Deliver exceptional customer experience through personalized engagement and follow-ups.
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations efficiently.

Team Coordination & Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
Provide feedback to marketing for lead quality improvement and luxury segment insights.
Represent the project at events, exhibitions, and luxury property expos.

Market Research & Competition Tracking

Analyze luxury market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Provide periodic reports and insights to management.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all sales documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
Coordinate with CRM and legal teams during agreement and registration processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in
luxury/high-end residential real estate

sales
.
Strong experience in selling
premium 4 & 5 BHK apartments, penthouses, or villas
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the luxury segment.
Ability to engage and influence HNI/UHNI clientele.
Presentable, confident, and strong market understanding.
