Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Marketing & Communication in planning and executing marketing and advertising strategies for Venus Group projects and initiatives.

• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives including website updates/analysis, email campaigns, events, social media, and content execution.

• Coordinate ATL/BTL branding, site marketing materials, hoardings, and event activities.
  
• Manage vendors for printing, branding, digital, and events including vendor selection, onboarding, quotation evaluation, deliverable tracking, and billing & payment follow-ups.
  
• Coordinate with Sales teams for marketing material requirements, lead flow, feedback, and communication alignment
  
• Track marketing inventory and ensure timely availability at project locations.
  
• Maintain campaign records, internal approval documentation, marketing databases, and prepare regular reports.
  
• Conduct market and competitor research for strategic insights.
  
• Ensure Venus Group & project websites are regularly updated with latest information, images, inventory, and news.
  
• Manage WhatsApp marketing database segmentation, content broadcast, lead nurturing, and response tracking.
  
• Work on CRM systems for lead monitoring, internal communication, campaign data, vendor lists, and timeline tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing coordination or similar roles (real estate preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and creative skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, CMS, and WhatsApp Business tools preferred.
• Experience in vendor management including quotation handling, billing & payment follow-ups.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM tools knowledge is a plus
• Experience with basic

  AI-powered productivity and content creation tools

  like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. (preferred).
• Ability to create quick design adaptations using

  Canva

  or similar tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with online publishing platforms such as

  Medium

  for article posting (add-on advantage).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for events, project sites, and branding execution.
