Job Description

SALES MANAGER - PREMIUM INTERIOR DESIGN

Storey Tellers LLP – MG Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi

Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and convert inbound & outbound sales inquiries for premium interior projects
Attend client meetings, understand scope, and present design capabilities confidently
Conduct site visits with clients in NCR from pitches
Prepare BOQs, commercial proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
Manage CRM follow-ups, negotiation, and closure of deals
Represent the brand with professionalism and strong business understanding
Support marketing and events when required
Availability on Sundays for client calls (whenever needed)

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Background in Interior Design / Architecture
(education or strong work history in premium design firms)
3–6 years experience in
Sales / Business Development
in Interior design or luxury segment companies
Excellent English communication & presentation skills (both verbal & written)
Confident, well-spoken, polished & presentable personality
Self-driven with strong ambition to grow in a fast-scale environment
Good knowledge of BOQs, design terminology & cost structures
Must be comfortable with
field visits, travel for meetings, and dynamic schedules
Driving license + own car highly preferred

COMPENSATION

Salary:
₹1,00,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Saturday
| Ghitorni Office (MG Road Delhi)
Sundays – Remote / Phone availability based on client requirements
