Job Title: Sales Manager Reports to: Director of Sales/Head of Sales Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our windows and doors division. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth and revenue Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, B2B and stakeholders. 4. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. 5. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize sales processes. 6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. 7. Forecast sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in construction and building material industry. 2. Strong leadership and team management skills. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. 5.
