Site Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing home interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise interior activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. 2. Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. 3. Collaborate with project managers, designers, clients and contractors to resolve technical issues. 4. Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, defect reports, and snag lists. 5. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and develop mitigation strategies. 6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. 7. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. 8. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Requirements: 1. Basic degree or 12th pass with work experience. 2. Proven experience as a Site Engineer. 3. Strong knowledge of home interior methods, materials, and regulations. 4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
