Job Description

*Job Title:* Sales Manager – Real Estate
*Experience:* 4–8 years (Real Estate Sales preferred)*Industry:* Real Estate / Property Development*Function:* Sales & Business Development*Key Responsibilities:** Lead a team of sales executives and ensure performance targets are met* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives* Handle direct client interactions – from lead generation to site visits and closure* Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to convert prospects* Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities* Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures* Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management*Qualifications & Skills:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)* 4–8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Noida/G NCR region* Strong knowledge of the local property market (Noida/Greater Noida/Yamuna Expressway)* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets* Leadership and team management experience* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
