About SpotLet:

SpotLet is a rapidly growing platform that connects users with premium properties for staycations, events, and film shooting locations. We are looking for dynamic sales professionals who can drive subscription sales and contribute to our expansion.

Sales Manager (Minimum 3 Years Experience in SaaS / Subscription Sales)

Qualification: BBA / BBM / MBA / PGDM (Preferably B-School students)

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive subscription sales by reaching out to property owners and venue hosts.
• Identify and acquire potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets with a growth-oriented approach.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, event venues, and film location providers.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to onboard new customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

✔ Proven track record in SaaS or subscription-based sales (Minimum 3 years).

✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and persuasion skills.

✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

✔ Experience in B2B sales and account management is a plus.

✔ Highly target-oriented, motivated, and adaptable.

✔ Ability to handle objections and close high-value deals.

✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, and reporting.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
