Role Summary

Astroport India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager – Client Relationship to lead client servicing across the region. This role involves driving customer satisfaction, managing a regional team, ensuring smooth execution of services, and meeting revenue goals through strong client engagement and strategic collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and service quality across the region.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing regional client servicing team.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing for seamless experience delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate strategic insights and reports.
• Expand regional presence through new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in client servicing, regional management, or business development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to drive results and manage teams
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
