The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This individual will manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong focus on understanding consumer behavior, product knowledge, and market trends. Experience in real estate and agri-business management is essential, as well as proficiency in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales in both real estate and agri-business sectors, with a focus on maximizing returns for investors. • Understand and analyze consumer buying behavior to effectively influence and convince clients.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s projects and services.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads to improve sales growth.
• Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring they meet customer needs and company objectives.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle objections, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently within tight deadlines.
• Manage and track payment collections, ensuring timely processing.
• Lead the sales team, setting and ensuring the achievement of growth goals.
• Foster teamwork and motivate the sales team to perform under pressure.
• Travel regularly to project sites and client meetings, conducting virtual property tours when needed.
Proven experience in real estate sales and agri-business management.
Expertise in understanding consumer needs and market trends. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Experience with CRM systems for managing client interactions. Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and innovate under market pressure.
Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
Proficiency in marketing, client relationship management, and payment collection.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
• Punctuality & Discipline: Ensure daily morning meetings are conducted on time, with clear goals and strategies outlined for the team.
• Maintaining Office Working Hours: Implement a system for tracking client interactions, ensuring team members consistently update by end of day.
• Accuracy in Closing Deals: Oversee high-stakes negotiations with attention to detail, ensuring error-free proposals and contracts.
• Innovating Under Pressure: Respond swiftly to market shifts, particularly toward sustainability, by developing and implementing new sales strategies.
