The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the channel sales,developing sales strategies, and overcoming potential client objections. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and closing sales deals. The Sales Manager will also provide training to the sales team, create performance reports, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Qualifications Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client handling Strong skills in team management and training Experience in developing sales strategies and managing performance reports Effective communication and negotiation skills Ability to work onsite in Greater Noida with a flexible schedule Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry is preferred Show more Show less
