Sales Manager

As a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies across all segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, travel trade, etc.). - Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. - Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients and key accounts. - Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns. - Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance reports. - Working closely with operations and reservations teams to meet client expectations. - Providing timely feedback to management regarding performance and training needs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce). - Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.,
