Job Summary:

The Floor Manager is responsible for the smooth daily operations of the clinic floor, ensuring excellent patient experience, staff coordination, and proper execution of all clinical and non-clinical activities. The role focuses on maintaining discipline, managing staff, monitoring patient flow, and ensuring that Sakhiya Skin Clinic standards are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Monitor appointment schedules and waiting times.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and reception areas are well maintained and organized.
• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues immediately.

2. Staff Coordination

• Allocate duties to therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Conduct daily briefing and ensure staff follows clinic protocols.
• Train new employees on floor procedures and customer handling.

3. Patient Experience

• Ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well-attended.
• Manage VIP/priority patients professionally.
• Handle feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

4. Inventory & Supplies

• Keep a check on consumables, medicines, and clinic supplies.
• Inform management about stock requirements and shortages.
• Maintain proper usage and reduce wastage.

5. Hygiene & Safety

• Ensure strict cleanliness of all areas as per clinic standards.
• Make sure sterilization and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Report any safety concerns immediately.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily floor activity reports.
• Maintain patient and staff-related records.
• Coordinate with management for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (Healthcare / Hospitality preferred)
• 2+ years experience in hospital/clinic/hotel floor management
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
• Leadership and team handling ability
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Presentable and professional personality

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in dermatology clinic, hospital, spa or wellness center
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and patient handling

Working Hours:

• Full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
