Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, identify potential customers, and drive business growth through market outreach. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, meeting revenue targets, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team and contributing to promotional campaigns aimed at expanding the company’s customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development with a focus on achieving targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies and conduct market analysis
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the CAD/CAM or related industry is a plus
