Future expansions include reaching into Central and Western India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Faridabad. The COO will oversee daily operations, manage teams, set comprehensive goals for performance, and establish policies that promote company culture and vision. Responsibilities include driving operational strategy, improving efficiency, leading project management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The COO will work closely with the senior management team, including the CEO, to plan and execute company strategies and expansion plans. Qualifications Experience in Operational Management, Process Optimization, and Strategic Planning Leadership skills in Team Management, Employee Development, and Resource Allocation Proficiency in Financial Acumen, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting Skills in Project Management, Strategy Implementation, and Performance Metrics Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Experience in the CAD/CAM industry, Product Design, or related fields is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
