Responsibilities:-


  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients (hospitals, clinics, doctor's practices) in the US healthcare market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate RCM solutions and services, highlighting their value to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. 


  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand client-specific RCM challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers on best practices in RCM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. 


  • Market Expertise:

  • Stay informed about the evolving US healthcare landscape, regulations, and payer policies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities. 


Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and its financial processes is highly desirable. 


  • Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including claim submission, denials management, coding, and patient billing.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. 


Key Skills & Knowledge Areas

  • Revenue Cycle Management

    (RCM):

    Deep understanding of patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, claim submission, denial management, and collections. 
  • US Healthcare Regulations:

    Awareness of compliance requirements, payer rules, and the impact of regulations on RCM processes. 
  • Sales & Client Management:

    Demonstrated ability to prospect, sell, and manage client relationships to achieve business growth. 
  • Technology:

    Familiarity with healthcare billing software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.
