The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing principal relationships, and driving business growth in the chemical trading division at Pan India level. This role involves identifying and onboarding new principals, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring optimal material planning. Strong customer engagement and timely collections management are key to success. The candidate must possess strategic thinking, leadership skills, and market expertise to expand business opportunities.
1. Experience of 7 to 12 years in Paint & Coatings, Resins, Raw Materials, or Chemical Trading industry.
2. Strong expertise in B2B sales, principal management, and business development.
3. Knowledge of market trends, raw material sourcing, and supply chain management.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to lead a team, drive sales strategies, and ensure operational efficiency.
1. Open to work from office (Location – Lower Parel)
2. Should be comfortable with field work as required.
3. Available to join at the earliest.
4. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
