Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Real Estate based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Real Estate Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Market Research, Sales Strategies, and Business Development
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
