Sales Manager - Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the real estate sector to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales.
• Generate leads through various channels and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
