To excel in this role, you should possess Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills. Experience in real estate sales and market analysis is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are key to effectively interact with clients. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities will be crucial in this dynamic role.
