Sales Manager

Job Description:

· Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and quotas to achieve sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential.

· Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for the company.

· Assist sales agents with marketing efforts, lead generation, and sales presentations.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices.

· Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth and successful transactions.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in a sales management or leadership role is preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.

· Negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

· Strong understanding of real estate sales principles and practices.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales goals.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
