Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with clients. The candidate will manage a sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure the successful delivery of products to customers. The role involves market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with various departments to align sales goals with business objectives. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Experience in market research, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies Leadership experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills to prepare sales reports and develop business strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the chemical or related industry is a plus Show more Show less
